Prescriptions

The easiest ways to order repeat prescriptions are:

• using your NHS account (through the NHS website or in the NHS App)
• using SystmOnline

These accounts show all your repeat medicines and their doses, and you can choose the ones you need.

Other ways to order

• during opening hours, put your completed repeat slip in the white box on the reception table
• put your completed repeat slip in the metal box to the left of the front doors
• call the prescription line on 01747 840950

Prescription line opening times

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9:15am to 10:30am, and 2:30pm until we close
• Wednesday: 9:15am to midday

Please do not ask the receptionist to order your medicines, either in person or over the phone.

Your local pharmacist can answer questions about your medicines, including medicines you can buy without a prescription.

If you would like to speak to someone at the surgery about your prescription, please speak to reception, who will pass your request to the right person.
