If you take repeat medicine or have a long-term condition, the GPs recommend that you have a review appointment at least once a year.
The review is usually with the practice nurse, who will check your blood pressure, height and weight, ask about any problems, check a urine sample and may take a blood sample.
We run a rolling review system, so we will send you a letter with a date and time for your appointment.
If you are over 75, you should have a review at least once a year, even if you do not take regular medicine. Please contact reception to arrange this.
If you take regular medicine, you should also consider having a flu vaccination. Any member of staff can tell you if you are eligible.
