If you need a travel consultation, please book an appointment with the practice nurse at least 8 weeks before you travel.
Please fill in a travel questionnaire first and return it to the surgery as soon as possible. You can pick up a copy at the surgery.
Malaria treatment and some travel vaccinations are not available on the NHS, so there is a charge for them. We do not give the yellow fever vaccine.
