However you contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

• by phone
• face to face at the surgery
• by text or email

Phone appointments are more flexible and often mean you get help sooner.

Help with your appointment

Please tell us:

• if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to see
• if you would prefer to speak to the doctor or nurse by phone or face to face
• if you need an interpreter
• if you have any other access or communication needs

You can request a routine appointment in advance:

• use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) or SystmOnline to book an appointment, screening test or vaccination

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with. We’ll use your answers to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or healthcare professional to help you.

Evening appointments

Appointments with a doctor or practice nurse are available until 7pm on Tuesday evenings.

To cancel or change your appointment:

• use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
• use SystmOnline
• phone us on 01747 840226 during our opening times

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with. We’ll use your answers to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or healthcare professional to help you.

If all face-to-face appointments are booked and you need to see a GP urgently, please speak to the receptionist. They will speak to the duty GP on your behalf to arrange a suitable appointment.

If you need to be seen that day, the GP will make an appointment for you.
